Deloitte, the multinational professional services network, conducted a survey to see what employers were doing to keep their best talent, how that has changed over the last two years and what the top priorities are for 2025. The short answer: Don’t worry about redoing your office space, but do pay attention to training, education and skills development. And while you’re at it, consider giving them a raise.
