Winners congratulate each other at an informal winner/sponsor gathering for the 2022 Douglas 10 to Watch Awards.

Douglas magazine’s annual 10 to Watch Awards are given to ten distinctive new businesses less than three years old who show incredible promise in their field.

Every year, our winner announcement issue marks a moment of celebration within our team and our community. It brings us together to take stock of an incredible cohort of entrepreneurs bringing their ideas to fruition. These aren’t just any old ideas, but great ideas that illuminate the spirit of the times.

They give us a sense of what values are driving innovation, collectively and independently, and create an opportunity for us to see how the Island’s entrepreneurs reflect global trends and the state of the world around us.

This year’s winners stand out for successfully building unique and competitive businesses impacting the way we interact with the world. To not only start a new business during a pandemic but also succeed and build is a testament to the grit, determination and passion of the entrepreneurial spirit.
