More inventory but fewer sales for April in the Victoria Real Estate Board Region.

Decrease in the number of properties sold in April 2018 (774 sold) versus April 2017 (885 sold).


+9%

Increase in the benchmark value of a single-family home in Victoria’s core, from $800,100 in April 2017 to $886,700 in April 2018.


+19%

Increase in the benchmark value of a condo in Victoria’s core, from $495,100 in 2017 to over $500,00 in 2018.
