Produced by the South Island Prosperity Partnership, this year’s theme, “Activating Possibility”, reflects a shift from thinking to doing, generating actionable insights to help local businesses and organizations navigate change. The conference will feature a mix of fast-paced Spark Talks, Power Panels and interactive sessions exploring the impact of leadership, AI and technology adoption, workplace trends and global economic shifts.

Business owners, innovators, policymakers and community leaders will engage in candid conversations, including “Ask Me Anything” discussions with the mayors of Victoria, Saanich, Sidney and View Royal. Attendees will hear from economists, founders, authors and strategists, including Vancity chief economist Judith Bosire and Quiet Champions author Ian Chisholm.

The Rising Economy Conference aims to help leaders gain clarity, build resilience and transform uncertainty into opportunity.
