Locally-owned and operated Cascadia Liquor Stores adds to its growing list of locations on Vancouver Island with the opening a new View Royal store on May 2.
The sixth Cascadia will be located directly across from Victoria General Hospital in Omicron‘s Eagle Creek Village alongside Quality Foods, Starbucks, Tim Horton’s, Forbes Pharmacy and a satellite YMCA-YWCA.
“Eagle Creek Village represents a new focal point in this community and we are thrilled to be a part of it,” said Pamela Sanderson, Regional Manager, Cascadia Liquor Stores. “Our goal is always to offer an elevated shopping experience and a surprising product selection, all in convenient locations for our customers.”
Cascadia is dedicated to delivering outstanding service, a focus on hard-to-find products from the Pacific Northwest and around the world, an extensive craft beer wall, cold products and complimentary ice. Led by a team of experts including certified sommeliers, Cascadia prides itself on its knowledge and offers a loyalty program along with masterclasses and tastings.
Following in the footsteps of Cascadia’s Green level certification under the Vancouver Island Green Business Program at all existing locations, Cascadia Eagle Creek was designed with sustainability in mind with an in-house fundraising program in support of local non-profits, a wide selection of local, small batch and organic options, an energy efficient store design and a comprehensive waste reduction program.
The Eagle Creek Village development, located on Helmcken Road off the Trans-Canada Highway, includes professional and medical offices as well as residential rental units and condominium homes.
