The firm has added considerable expertise to its continuous improvement practice with the hiring of former assistant auditor general Norma Glendinning.
Glendinning has 15 years of experience helping organizations improve. She started her professional career at KPMG as a management consultant, helping organizations build capacity and improve performance. She then joined the Office of the Auditor General where she conducted independent assessments of BC public sector programs.
