James Rice has joined Ideba Marketing Inc. in the role of chief digital officer.
The hire re-unites Rice and Ideba president David Sly, who worked together at CMD in Portland from 2002 to 2005. Rice has also worked at Oliver Russell, Wirestone (which he co-founded), and most recently at Ascentium, where he headed up the Portland office, working on the Cisco, Xerox, and Intel accounts.
Rice’s accomplishments include pioneering the automated printer cartridge e-commerce platform and brand launch of HP SureSupply; developing viral advergames for Hollywood films; and creating multi-player technology for Adobe Flash gaming and interactive television. He has also achieved significant success with blue-chip clients like Microsoft, Disney, and Apple.
Ideba Marketing Inc. is a privately held company with offices in Victoria, Portland, and Seattle.
