Codan CEO Visits Daniels Electronics

Donald McGurk, CEO of Codan Ltd. of Australia, was in Victoria for a quick visit this week to meet with the team at Daniels Electronics. Daniels was recently acquired by Codan for $25 million.
Both companies believe the emersion of Daniels into Codan’s radio communications division will provide Codan with an established North American market and allow Daniels’ products to be distributed worldwide.
