Join us at the Long Table on Wednesday & Thursday May 30 & 31 as we revisit the region of Emilia Romagna.We’ll test your pallet with a sampling of the region’s celebrated balsamic vinegar. Can you identify the true Italian balsamic made in the Emilian cities of Modena and Reggio Emilia?
