Mentorship is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool for people and the organizations they work for. Join us in a conversation about what mentorship really is, the benefit of having mentorship opportunities in your organization, and tips and tricks to make mentorship successful. We will also provide information about the BC HRMA Mentorship Program and hear from some recent mentors and mentees about their experience and the benefits they've realized from participating in the program.
