BC Ambulance Service experienced labour unrest culminating in a seven month strike in 2009. The post-strike environment features extensive accumulations of events and experiences that have occurred over extended periods of time. Our discussion will include bringing closure following the strike, improving organizational resilience and supporting positive future planning.
