In the present challenging economy, organizations may find it difficult to justify investments in seemingly non-essential practices like coaching. But according to international leadership educator Ian Chisholm, there’s never been a better time to bring the practice of coaching into organizations.During this interactive presentation, Ian Chisholm will identify what makes coaching one of the best investments organizations can make in today’s challenging climate. He will also present the business case for coaching and its practical returns on investment and explain how to foster a coaching culture in organizations that encourage staff to work through “tricky” situations.
Participants will learn how coaching can be used to empower people to discover their own best solutions as well as be able to share practical tips for coaching others and maximizing returns.
