PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Business process improvement is the structured act of examining a given process, assessing whether it is generating desired results and restructuring it to find improvements in efficiency, quality or productivity. The practice of process improvement can take many different forms depending on the organization's requirements. In this session we will introduce and play with some hands-on tools that are suitable to professionals tasked with analyzing the efficiency of their internal HR and people processes. Participants are encouraged to come to the session with a particular process in mind from their own operating environment that they would like to assess and improve.

YOU WILL LEARN:
Working understanding of how to scope & conduct a process improvement project
Fundamental understanding of how to use process improvement tools to analyze & improve processes
