Berlin Eaton (BE) helps businesses meet diverse challenges in such areas as strategy development and execution, continuous improvement and leader development. The firm has added considerable expertise to its continuous improvement practice with the hiring of former assistant auditor general Norma Glendinning.
Glendinning has 15 years of experience helping organizations improve. She started her professional career at KPMG as a management consultant, helping organizations build capacity and improve performance. She then joined the Office of the Auditor General where she conducted independent assessments of BC public sector programs.
“I am excited to return to management consulting,” says Glendinning, “and to join Berlin Eaton, where we work with leaders who are driven to continuously improve their organization’s performance.”
Victoria-based Berlin Eaton provides management consulting services to visionary leaders in both public and private sectors across Canada, helping them build stronger futures for their organizations.
Glendinning joins co-founders Berlin and Richard Eaton, James Bretzlaff, Ned DeBeck, Stephanie Golding, and Marlene Olafson.
