MONTREAL - Miranda Technologies Inc. (TSX:MT), a provider of infrastructure and monitoring systems for broadcasters and TV operators, says it has acquired OmniBus Systems Ltd., a company which provides technology and services to television and Internet broadcasters. The pricetag of the deal is C$48.7 million.
