Description:
Reporting to the Team Lead - Enrolment, the Enrolment Representative is the first point of contact for all new clients. The primary purpose of this position is to receive applications and facilitate a smooth transition onto our on-line payments platform in a timely manner, educate our clients on our payment solutions, and prepare client files for assessment.
The successful incumbent in this position enjoys interacting with people in a needs based sales environment, is a natural communicator, and thrives best in a fast-paced, high volume, global environment (24/6) while providing exceptional client service via the telephone and on-line.
This is an afternoon shift position: 3pm - 11pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive client applications.
- Educate clients on available and appropriate payment solutions.
- Prepare client files for assessment Maintain top-level product knowledge, and apply this knowledge to build strong, long-term client relationships through education of our services and needs based selling.
- Provide superior client service to our e-commerce clients via telephone, email, and Live Chat Understand and follow company policies – particularly as they pertain to privacy and protection of client information.
- Transfer client-related information to other team members and liaise with Assessment Team.
- Perform administrative functions as required.
- Manage a high volume of information in a fast-paced environment, with a concentrated goal of same-day processing of new accounts. Keeps client information current in secure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office – SharePoint and Dynamic CRM - an asset.
- Proficiency with additional language(s) would be an asset (French or Spanish ideally).
- Excellent and proven client service, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assimilate and apply new job-related information in a timely manner.
- High level of comfort working in an ever-changing environment that utilizes varied technical programs.
Qualifications
- Some post-secondary education – preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience delivering excellent client service.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience within the financial services industry.
