European Flooring, a fast growing Importer & Contractor, has an opportunity for aCustomer Service and Showroom Administrator. Applicants must have at least 3 years
customer service and administrative experience.
Applicants must have excellent computer, written and verbal communication
skills, and be highly organized with excellent time management ability. Ideal
candidates should be proactive, personable, and goal oriented. We are looking for
a team player who has a record of achieving company and team objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Service and Showroom Administrator will:
• Provide customer service in the showroom and be a point of contact for retail
customers, interior designers and architects within the showroom,
• Greet, correspond with and qualify leads to be forwarded to the sales team,
• Provide sales support, and answer telephone calls and e-mails taking the initiative to
address client concerns personally when possible.
The Customer Service and Showroom Administrator will also:
• perform a variety of administrative tasks as assigned to support the sales team and
showroom operations such as estimating, invoicing, processing accounts receivables
and payables etc.,
• Assist in researching and developing new lead and prospect lists within the A & D and
contracting trades,
• Actively maintain our web based CRM program database of dealer, designer and
architect profiles,
• Administer all marketing communications and advertising program elements such as
display orders, sample requests, and print advertising,
• Support and carry out all marketing projects as required, ie: product launches, trade
show and event planning, website updates etc.
COMPENSATION:
We offer a competitive base package plus the opportunity to earn commission/bonus for
inside sales.
