European Flooring, a fast growing Importer & Contractor has opportunities for
Outside Architectural and Design Sales Representatives. Applicants must
demonstrate 3 years proven success in new business development sales and
have made more than 65K per year. Sales experience in the interior finishing
material industry calling on interior designers, architects, developers, and/or
contractors is a must.

Applicants should have excellent computer, written and verbal communication
skills, and be highly organized with excellent time management ability. Ideal
candidates should have a track record of being ambitious and goal oriented with a
strong desire and commitment for sales success. We are looking for a team player
who has a record of achieving company and team objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Architectural and Design Sales Representative will:
• proactively prospect and network to acquire new architect, designer and
contractor accounts and increase awareness of our brand and products in the
construction industry,
• meet face to face with the key decision makers to introduce our products,
educate them on the advantages of our products and to explain the benefits of
selecting European Flooring for their projects,
• develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts through regular contact,
• identify and qualify new projects and opportunities, and problem solve to
determine which products best suit the needs of the customer,
• be responsible to provide end-to-end turnkey flooring solutions for their accounts.
In addition, A & D Sales Representatives are responsible to enter and maintain detailed
activity and progress logs through our web based CRM program.

COMPENSATION:

We offer a competitive base package plus an attractive commission structure. A
mileage allowance and health & dental benefits are available to qualified Architectural
and Design Sales Representatives.
